FORECLOSURES

There are thousands of foreclosures, bank owned, short sales and REO homes in San Diego County.  If you have always wanted to live in and around San Diego, then now is the time to jump on these deals.

As sad as it is for the families that have lost their homes, it becomes a boom for investors and families that want to live where the sun always shines.

If you are not already working with an agent and you  want to get a list of all the foreclosed properties in what ever town you are interested in here in San Diego, all you have to do is send me your name, email, town interested in and the price range.  I will do the rest. You will get a list of foreclosed homes on the market the minute it becomes available-every day.

If you see a home that looks interesting, let me know and I will get the showing details and we can go see the home.  If you are out of state and can't get to California, I can take pictures, run a market analysis on the home to see if it is prices right, explain about the neighborhood and schools and you can buy your home without ever seeing it.  I have done it before so its not something I am afraid of, we just have to trust each other.

You must have your financing preapproved and be ready to move quickly as these homes sometimes take a long time to get your offer approved by the banks and it is imparative that you can move quickly as  some of these homes are selling faster then we thought.
